Lorsque l\u2019eau commence \u00e0 bouillir, baisser le feu et laisser cuire 15 minutes. \u00c9goutter si besoin. R\u00e9server dans un bol.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C et huiler 6 moules \u00e0 muffins.<\/li><li>Chauffer 1 c. \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale et cuire l\u2019oignon, l\u2019ail et les courgettes environ 5 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien fondants. Saler et poivrer.<\/li><li>Ajouter dans le bol de quinoa, les \u0153ufs, le reste de l\u2019huile, le fromage, du sel et du poivre.
