Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li><li>Cuire le poulet dans une po\u00eale stri\u00e9e antiadh\u00e9sive environ 4 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li><li>D\u00e9poser sur une tranche de pain les tranches d\u2019avocat, le poulet et le comt\u00e9. Refermer avec une deuxi\u00e8me tranche.
