Disposer 12 cassolettes en papier dans des moules \u00e0 muffins.<\/li><li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer les farines, la levure chimique le bicarbonate de soude et la cannelle.<\/li><li>Dans un autre bol, fouetter l&rsquo;huile, le sucre et le lait. Ajouter les \u0153ufs, un \u00e0 un, et continuer de fouetter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne.<\/li><li>\u00c0 la cuill\u00e8re de bois, ajouter le panais, les poires et les noix. Elle se sp\u00e9cialise dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration et la standardisation de recettes pour divers clients et elle est pr\u00e9sente dans les m\u00e9dias aussi bien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9crit qu\u2019\u00e0 la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.brulafine.com\/magazine\/pourquoi-regarder-la-tv-nous-fait-grossir\/\">t\u00e9l\u00e9vision<\/a>.
